Searching, comparing, saving homes and asking a home a question are free. If you want a person to help you through the decision, your first 15-minute call is free, and optional family navigation is offered as flat-fee packages, quoted before you decide.

Nursing homes pay a flat monthly price

Every Medicare- and Medicaid-certified nursing home in the country has a free listing. A home can choose to upgrade to an enhanced profile, with its own photos, description, programs, tour requests and clearly labeled sponsored placement, for one flat monthly or annual price.

Referral fees reward sending families to whichever home pays the most. A flat price keeps our job simple: be genuinely useful to families, and give the homes that want to be found a fair, affordable way to present themselves.
