Show families your home as it really is: your own photos, a description in your words, your care programs and amenities, languages spoken, visiting hours and who to call about admissions. It appears on your facility page, labeled as provided by the facility.
How it works
- 1Send your photos and detailsFill in what applies; everything is optional except your contact information. Up to 6 photos now; more can be added later.
- 2We verify you and set up your planWe call your facility’s main number as listed with Medicare, then help you choose a plan. Photos and details are part of the Basic and Premium plans: one flat monthly price, never per lead or per admission.
- 3Your page shows your homeYour photos replace the illustrative images, and a “From the facility” section appears on your page. Medicare’s ratings and findings stay exactly as Medicare publishes them.
Only send photos you own or have permission to use, and none that show residents who haven’t agreed in writing. Please don’t include resident names or health information anywhere. Want to respond to something Medicare found instead? That’s free for every home: respond here.
