How claiming works

  Tell us who you areFill in the form below. It takes about two minutes.

  We verify youWe call your facility’s main number as listed with Medicare to confirm you work there and can manage the listing. This keeps listings safe from impersonation. We usually reach you within two business days.

  Your listing is claimedWe email you to confirm. Your listing shows a Claimed badge, you can correct your contact details, and you can respond beside anything Medicare’s data flags. Every quarter you get a private report by email of your page views, search appearances, saves and phone taps.

  Your plan options and ratesOnce you’re verified, we email your plan options and rates. If you choose Premium, you send your photos and details, we build your profile, you approve it, and it goes live within 3 business days of receiving everything. Plans can be cancelled anytime; tell us by the 1st of the month or that month is billed. See what a profile looks like.

Claiming is free. Optional listing plans add a richer profile and labeled local promotion for a flat subscription, never per lead or per admission. Medicare ratings, inspections and findings stay exactly as Medicare publishes them. Once your listing is claimed, you can add a short response beside any finding here, whatever plan a home is on.
